Hi, I’m Sarah! I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Counselling Therapist with a Masters in Counselling through City University in Canada, and I’m thrilled to be supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and opportunities. Before transitioning to the field of counselling, I spent six years as a teacher, a role that deepened my understanding of the importance of connection, communication, and creating supportive environments for growth.
I grew up in the close-knit community of Wainwright, Alberta, and those rural roots taught me the importance of connection, resilience, and giving back. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of coaching junior high volleyball and basketball, experiences that strengthened my belief in the power of teamwork, perseverance, and encouragement. These values continue to guide my approach to counselling, where I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and client-centered space. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll often find me enjoying the simple things in life—reading a great book, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or spending time outside soaking up the fresh air. These small joys remind me to slow down and appreciate the present, something I encourage my clients to explore in their own lives.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to be heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. It’s an honour to walk alongside my clients as they take steps toward greater clarity, confidence, and balance. I’d love to connect with you and explore how we can work together on your journey toward wellness.
